PERFECT CHRISTMAS TREAT!!
Raw Chocolate Fudge Balls

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups pitted dates
1 Tbsp cacao
1/8 tsp rock salt
Shredded coconut
Optional small handful chocolate chips or cacao nibs

DIRECTIONS:
Combine the dates, cacao and salt, (and chocolate chips, if using) in a strong food processor or Vitamix, and blend until completely smooth. Scoop into a bowl, and freeze until the sticky dough is firm enough to roll balls approx half and hour. Once balls are rolled you then roll into shredded coconut. Store leftover raw chocolate fudge balls in the freezer to keep them as firm as possible.
