That is by targeting the three key aspects needed to lose fat, tone the body and maximise fitness levels. Our approach is to deliver tailored training sessions to suit the individual increasing the intensity slowly as you become fitter and stronger. These sessions include both strength traning (we bring the equipment to you) and cardio exercises to boost the metabolic rate, shed body fat and tone the muscles, we provide personalised nutritional plans which are updated regularly to ensure you achieve continuous results and last but not least we perform regular measurements and progress pics to keep you accountable.
Our 12 week challenge consists of the following:
- 24 X 30 MINUTE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS (2 X 45 MINUTES PER WEEK)
